Overview

BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking is a French middle market financial services firm offering investment banking, corporate banking, and market services solutions. It is a branch of BNP Paribas, which itself came to be through a merger of the Banque Nationale de Paris and Paribas in 1999.

In 2021, BNP Paribas acquired Exane, a firm specializing in European equities research and asset management firm.
