Overview

Baird is an American multinational independent middle market investment bank. It offers various other services to retail and institutional clients, including wealth management, research, and sales and trading. It is known as Robert W. Baird & Co outside of the United States.

In 2022, Baird acquired rival wealth manager Hefren-Tillotson. The firm has US$18B under management and operates across six offices in the Pittsburgh area.
